<\/span>Certificate of Cancer Remission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the Right to Be Forgotten legislation, individuals who have recovered from cancer may, after the legally established period has elapsed following the completion of treatment, no longer be required to disclose their previous cancer diagnosis in specific circumstances, such as when applying for financial products, adoption procedures, or participation in public competitions, as provided for by applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Request a Certificate of Cancer Remission<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Eligible patients may request a Certificate of Cancer Remission<\/strong> by submitting the dedicated application form to the INOC Health Administration, together with the required supporting documentation, including the information sheet available for download on this page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon receipt of the application, the Health Administration will verify the eligibility criteria and, where applicable, issue the Certificate of Cancer Remission in accordance with current legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\t
