<\/span>Certificate of Cancer Remission<\/h2>\n\n

The Right to Be Forgotten in Cancer Care allows people who have recovered from cancer, after a certain period of time has elapsed since the end of their treatment, to be exempt from providing information regarding their past health condition\u2014for example, in the context of applications for financial aid, adoption, or participation in civil service exams.<\/p>\n\n

How to Request the Certificate<\/h3>\n\n

Eligible patients may submit a request to the INOC Administration by completing the appropriate Application Form, accompanied by the relevant Information Sheet, which is available for download on this page. Once the request is received, the Health Administration will conduct the necessary verifications and issue the certification. <\/p>\n\t
