Dr. Claudio Bassi holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing Science and has extensive experience in healthcare management, gained across leading hospital and community healthcare organisations, where he has held senior leadership and organisational roles.
Throughout his career, he served as Director of the Nursing, Technical and Rehabilitation Services (SITRA) at ASST Pini-CTO and collaborated with the Health Management of Medicasa Italy and the Executive Management of Universiis Cooperativa Sociale. He also worked at IRCCS Humanitas Research Hospital, where he held a range of clinical and managerial positions, before being appointed Corporate Director of the Health Professions Directorate at IRCCS Monzino Cardiology Centre.
He currently serves as Director of the Nursing and Allied Health Professions Directorate at INOC, where he oversees nursing, allied health and technical services, promoting high-quality, patient-centred care pathways and supporting the continuous development of professional competencies.
Alongside his institutional responsibilities, he works as a healthcare management consultant and contributes to university education and professional training programmes for healthcare professionals, including Health and Social Care Workers (OSS).
