Certificate of Cancer Remission

The Right to Be Forgotten in Cancer Care allows people who have recovered from cancer, after a certain period of time has elapsed since the end of their treatment, to be exempt from providing information regarding their past health condition—for example, in the context of applications for financial aid, adoption, or participation in civil service exams.

How to Request the Certificate

Eligible patients may submit a request to the INOC Administration by completing the appropriate Application Form, accompanied by the relevant Information Sheet, which is available for download on this page. Once the request is received, the Health Administration will conduct the necessary verifications and issue the certification.

Service Charter

The Service Charter is the document through which INOC presents its identity and its commitment to patients and citizens: the Institute’s mission, the principles that guide its clinical and research activities, and the internal organization of its various divisions.
It lists the heads of each clinical division, contact information, and useful phone numbers to help patients navigate the facility, as well as a clear explanation of patients’ rights and responsibilities throughout their course of treatment. This resource is designed to ensure transparency and facilitate access to essential information for those seeking care at the Institute.
