Dr. Marco Gatti

Dr. Marco Gatti graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Turin and subsequently specialised in Radiation Oncology.
From 1998 to 1999, he worked at the Institut Gustave Roussy in Villejuif, Paris. In 1999, he also attended the Varian Training Centre at the High Energy Clinac facility in California, USA.
Since 1999, he has been working at INOC as a Level I Medical Director. Since January 2018, he has served as Head of the Radiotherapy Service.
His clinical activity includes the radiotherapy treatment of breast cancer, soft tissue sarcomas, prostate cancer, skin cancers, central nervous system metastases and bone metastases. He has particular expertise in advanced radiotherapy techniques, including stereotactic radiotherapy, Tomotherapy, IMRT and IGRT.
He serves as Coordinator of the Institute’s Osteo Oncology and Neuro Oncology Interdisciplinary Care Groups (GICs) and is the reference specialist for soft tissue sarcomas within the Piedmont and Aosta Valley Oncology Network.
He is the author and co author of 79 scientific publications.
