OLYMPIA-5

A Phase 3, open-label, randomized study designed to compare the efficacy and safety of odronextamab (REGN1979), a bispecific anti-CD20 × anti-CD3 antibody, in combination with lenalidomide, compared with rituximab in combination with lenalidomide, in participants with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma (OLYMPIA-5).

Objective of the study

The purpose of the study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of atezolizumab in combination with the BEGEV regimen, established during the first cycle of therapy, in order to subsequently determine the dose of atezolizumab in the second phase following transplantation.

Medication

Arm A: Odronextamab (Bispecific Anti-CD20/CD3 Antibody) + Lenalidomide (an oral immunomodulatory and anticancer drug, used primarily to treat blood cancers such as multiple myeloma [as maintenance therapy] and anemia associated with myelodysplastic syndromes [MDS], as well as mantle cell lymphoma).

Arm B: Rituximab (a "targeted" monoclonal antibody that works by destroying CD20+ B lymphocytes).


Who is eligible to participate in the study?

Patients who are 18 years of age or older and meet the study’s eligibility criteria may participate in this study.
Diagnosis of Relapsed and Follicular Lymphoma.
