Objective of the study
To compare the efficacy of IDRX-42 (GSK6042981) with that of Sunitinib, investigate changes in ctDNA levels and alterations, and correlate them with clinical activity and/or resistance to IDRX-42 (GSK6042981) and sunitinib.

Who is eligible to participate in the study?
Patients who are 18 years of age or older and who meet the study’s eligibility criteria may participate in this study.
Patients with metastatic or inoperable GIST who have previously received one line of treatment with imatinib.
