Dr. Benedetta Alberghetti graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Italy, and later specialized in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University Di Brescia.
Over the years, she has carried out her professional activities between Brescia (Spedali Civili di Brescia), Rome (Policlinico Gemelli Gynecologic Oncology) where she has deepened the diagnostic and therapeutic management of gynecologic pelvic oncologic pathology, and Olbia (Mater Olbia). Since June 2023, she has been working at IRCCS Candiolo, where she is among the team members of the Ovarian Cancer Center. She has more than 500 gynecologic surgeries to her credit using the latest robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques. She is a member of the leading gynecological and especially Oncological and surgical scientific societies (ESGE, ESGO). She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications and papers at national and international conferences.
