Dr. Francesca Mesiti earned her degree in Mental Sciences from the University of Turin and obtained her license to practice as a psychologist.
She specializes in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Crocetta Clinical Center in Turin and teaches the MBSR mindfulness protocol for anxiety management.
She earned a master’s degree in Sexual Counseling, a master’s degree in Sexology, and completed a first-level master’s program in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
For years, she has been working as a private practitioner, providing psychological support and individual psychotherapy, as well as leading self-help groups.
She has gained professional experience in managing anxiety and mood disorders.
Since 2026, she has been a psychotherapist at INOC—the National Oncology Institute of Candiolo—where she provides psychological support to cancer patients and their caregivers.
