Dr. Pio Manlio Mirko Frascione graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Naples Federico II and subsequently specialised in Medical Oncology at INOC, affiliated with the University of Turin.
During his residency, he further developed his clinical training through rotations in the Department of Internal Medicine at Molinette Hospital and the Department of Infectious Diseases at Amedeo di Savoia Hospital, as part of the common training pathway. He developed a particular interest in haematology and cutaneous malignancies, with a focus on their diagnostic and therapeutic management.
He subsequently gained experience in outpatient, Day Hospital and inpatient care and continues to work at INOC, where his clinical activity focuses primarily on lymphomas, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, multiple myeloma and skin malignancies. He also serves as Coordinator of the Institute’s Interdisciplinary Care Group (GIC) for lymphoproliferative diseases.
He is a member of the Italian Society of Haematology (SIE) and the Italian Lymphoma Foundation.
