Objective of the study

This research study is being conducted to determine whether elacestrant is safe and well-tolerated when administered with another medication called abemaciclib. In the current phase of the study, researchers will also investigate the effect that elacestrant (with abemaciclib) will have on participants’ brain tumors.

Who is eligible to participate in the study?

Patients who are 18 years of age or older and who meet the study’s eligibility criteria may participate in this study.
Patients with ER-positive, HER-2-negative cancer and at least one active, measurable brain metastasis as defined by RECIST version 1.1. Patients must have received prior therapy in the metastatic setting.
